# Bundles: selling several services as one on your booking page

> Put services together as one choice online, like colour, cut and blow-dry, booked with one stylist and with its own price if you like.

A bundle sells a few services together as one choice on your booking page, like "Colour, cut & blow-dry". The client picks it in one tap instead of three, it's booked with one stylist doing each service in turn, and it can have its own price, cheaper than the services on their own if you like.

## How bundles work

- A bundle is two or more of your services (up to 8), in the order they're done.
- Clients see it on your booking page as one item, marked **Bundle**, with its time, price and the services in it.
- It's booked with one stylist who does every service in it, one after the other, with any processing time as usual.
- Once booked, it's an ordinary appointment with those services: the calendar, checkout and reports show each service.

Bundles are for your booking page. At the desk, book the services as usual.

## Creating a bundle

1. Open **Settings → Services** and find the **Bundles** card, below your categories.
2. Choose **Add**.
3. Give it a **Name**, like "Colour, cut & blow-dry", and a **Description** if you like (shown to clients on the booking page).
4. Under **Show online with**, choose where it's listed: **Bundles (at the top)** or one of your categories.
5. Under **Services, in the order they're done**, use **Add a service…** for each service, and the arrows to put them in order. The total time shows underneath, including processing time when the stylist can take someone else.
6. Turn on **Its own price** and enter the **Bundle price** if it should cost something other than its services added up.
7. Choose **Save**.

Creating and changing bundles needs "Edit services and prices". Owners have every permission.

## Giving a bundle its own price

Without its own price, a bundle costs what its services add up to for the stylist booked, at their prices (so a senior costs more than a junior). The **Its own price** hint shows what they come to on their own.

With **Its own price**, the bundle costs the same whoever does it, and the price is shared across its services on the booking, so checkout and reports work as normal. If it's cheaper than the services on their own, your booking page shows the saving ("Save $25").

## Who a bundle can be booked with

A bundle can only be booked with a stylist who does every one of its services and is bookable online. Below **Bookable online**, the bundle's editor lists who that is ("Can be booked with Mia, Jo").

If a client chooses their stylist, only those stylists are offered. If they choose **Anyone**, the time can be with any of them.

## Why a bundle isn't showing on your booking page

When a bundle can't be booked online, the **Bundles** card shows why beside it, and its editor adds "so it won't show on your booking page":

- **[Service] isn't bookable online**: turn on **Bookable online** for that service, or take it out of the bundle.
- **Nobody does all of these**: check **Who does it** on each service, so at least one stylist does them all.
- **Its services aren’t offered on the same days**: one of them is a [special](https://docs.fullcolumn.com/services/specials) whose dates don't overlap another's.

A bundle with a special in it can only be booked online on the days all its services are offered, and shows those dates. A bundle with **Bookable online** turned off shows "Not online".

## Sharing a link to a bundle

Once a bundle is saved and bookable online, its editor shows its **Booking link**, with **Copy**. The link opens your booking page with the bundle already chosen, ready to pick a time: handy for Instagram posts and promotions. The link button beside a bundle in the **Bundles** card copies it too.

## What happens when a client books a bundle

- If they'd already picked services that the bundle includes, the bundle takes their place.
- Add-ons for any of its services are suggested under it: see [add-ons](https://docs.fullcolumn.com/services/add-ons).
- A bundle counts as one choice towards the most services a client can book at once, though all its services count towards the overall limit.
- If your prices are set before tax, its price shows with tax added.

On the calendar, a bundle with its own price keeps its price if you move its services to another stylist.

## Changing, archiving or removing a bundle

Click a bundle in the **Bundles** card to change it, then **Save**. The arrows on the card set the order bundles are listed in.

**Remove** deletes a bundle that has never been booked. One that has been booked is archived instead, and appointments already made keep their services. To see archived bundles, choose **Show archived** on the card; open one and choose **Unarchive**, then **Save**, to bring it back.

A service that's in a bundle can't be removed from your menu until you take it out of the bundle (or remove the bundle).

## Common questions

### Can I make a bundle cheaper than its services on their own?

Yes. Turn on **Its own price** and enter the **Bundle price**. Your booking page shows clients how much they save.

### Can I book a bundle at the desk?

Not as a bundle. Book its services on the appointment as usual, and adjust the price at checkout if you're honouring the bundle's price.

### Can a bundle be done by two stylists, like colour with one and cut with another?

No. A bundle is booked with one stylist who does every service in it. At the desk you can still give each service to a different stylist.

### Why does my bundle say "Nobody does all of these"?

No stylist is ticked under **Who does it** on every one of its services. Open each service in **Settings → Services** and tick the stylists who do it.

### Does a bundle's price change with price levels?

Only without its own price: then it's the stylist's own prices added up. With **Its own price**, it costs the same with everyone.
